Preparing your quilt for us

When your send your quilt to us, we ask that your quilt and backing are as square as possible, and well pressed.

 

Backing and wadding need to be at least 4 inches larger on all sides than the quilt top.  That is, 8 inches longer and 8 inches wider than the top.

 

If you have a preferred pattern please let us know.  If you can't find anything that suits you, feel free to let us know what you are looking for, and we'll try our best to find something you are happy with.

 

Please let us know if you have a colour preference for thread.  We have over 90 different colours of thread available.  If you don't have a preference, we will simply find a thread that blends into the top as much as possible.

 

We prefer to blend quilting into the top, and use the same colour on the back, but if you choose otherwise please let us know.
